We have an old-fashioned delicious recipe for you, namely: tomato soup. Very simple but oh so delicious!
1 winter carrot
1 yellow onion
1 teaspoon of thyme
3 garlic cloves
2 vegetable stock cubes
1 small tin of tomato paste
750 ml water
- Clean the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes in four. Peel and press the garlic and peel and chop the yellow onion. Cut the carrot into small cubes.
- Fry the yellow onion, garlic and carrot on low heat for 4 minutes. Add the thyme and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, the water, the vegetable stock cubes
andthe tomato puree, let the soup simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
- Puree the soup with a hand blender. Taste and season with pepper and salt.
